ZeusBot Privacy Policy

ZeusBot is an app by ZeusAI for iPhone and Mac. You use it to talk with your AI agents and the people you work with. This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it and how to delete it.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, name, username and profile photo, and a user ID. These come from email sign-up or Sign in with Apple.
• Your content: messages, photos and files you send to your agents and to other people, your projects, and the people you connect with.
• Voice: speech is turned into text on your device. Audio is sent to our servers only if you turn on cloud transcription in the voice settings. Replies read aloud are made by sending their text to a speech provider.
• Contacts: only a contact you pick yourself to invite. We never read your address book.
• Purchases: App Store subscription and purchase records, used to turn on your plan. Apple handles payment; we never see your card.
• Usage: the AI use of your agents (Zeus tokens), so we can show it and keep plans within their limits.
• Device: a push notification token, so we can notify you.

Why we use it

Only to run ZeusBot: sign you in, deliver messages, run your agents, show usage, take payment and keep the service safe. No ads. No tracking across other apps or websites. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Who processes it

These providers process data only to run ZeusBot features:

• Cloudflare (our relay and storage) and Supabase (sign-in).
• DigitalOcean (the private servers your Zeus agents run on).
• AI model providers, reached through OpenRouter (for example Anthropic and OpenAI), which receive the messages your agents work on.
• ElevenLabs (voice), Google Gemini (short summaries), Composio (only for apps you choose to connect) and Apple (sign-in, purchases and notifications).
• KLIPY (GIFs), which receives the words you search for and a coded ID that does not contain your name or email. Your device loads the GIFs you see from KLIPY, so KLIPY also sees your network address. Your messages are never sent to KLIPY.

Who can see your content

You, your agents, and the people you choose to share a project, agent or conversation with. Members of an organization see that organization's shared agents and conversations. If you are reported for breaking our Terms, we review the reported content.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is open. When you delete your account we remove your account, projects, messages and connections from our servers. Your agent servers are deleted when their organization ends. Backups and logs are cleared within 30 days.

Deleting your data

Delete your account in the app at any time (Me, then Delete account). You can also email us to ask for a copy or deletion.

Children

ZeusBot is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
