ZeusBot Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and ZeusAI for the ZeusBot app and service. By creating an account or using ZeusBot you agree to them. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the app.

No tolerance for objectionable content or abuse

ZeusBot lets you message other people and share projects and agents. You must not post or send content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, spam, or that infringes others' rights, and you must not use your agents to do so. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

• You can block anyone, and report a person or a message, from their profile or the conversation.
• We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these terms and suspend or remove the accounts that posted it.
• We filter some objectionable words from messages between people.

Your account and your agents

• Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Your agents act on your instructions. You are responsible for what you ask them to do and for checking their work. AI output can be wrong; do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
• Do not use ZeusBot to break the law, harm others, break into systems, or overload the service.

Your content

You own what you write and upload. You give us the rights needed to store it, process it with our providers, and deliver it to the agents and people you choose. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we keep.

Plans and subscriptions

• Paid plans and extra servers are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions, bought through the App Store or on the web with Stripe.
• In the app: payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. A subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• On the web: payment is charged to your card when you confirm, plus any sales tax or VAT that applies. A subscription renews monthly until you cancel in Manage billing. Cancelling stops it at the end of the paid period, with no partial refunds.
• Zeus token packs are one-time purchases that add AI use to an organization. Zeus tokens are non-refundable once used.

Service changes

ZeusBot is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Features may change. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
